Hello, I’m Mohammad, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist offering virtual sessions throughout California under the supervision of Bren J. Fraser, LMFT 45649.

In my work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, I aim to support the deep, transformative journey each person embarks upon in search of healing and resilience. I believe that within each of us lies an inherent capacity to heal, to grow, and to thrive—often waiting beneath layers of pain and unaddressed wounds. Therapy Services

Individual Therapy
$150 / 50 minutes

In a compassionate and supportive space, I invite individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Together, we will explore the roots of anxiety, depression, trauma, and life challenges to uncover pathways to resilience and growth. Whether navigating relationship struggles, family conflicts, or life transitions, this process fosters deeper understanding and empowers you to reconnect with your innate capacity to heal and thrive.

Couples Therapy
$175 / 60 minutes

Relationships, while vital to our well-being, can become sources of pain and disconnection. In couples therapy, we will explore patterns of interaction and emotional experiences that hinder connection. Using approaches rooted in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, and the Gottman Method, I guide partners toward resolving conflicts, enhancing communication, and deepening mutual understanding. This work fosters the capacity to see and support one another in ways that transform the relationship into a space of safety and intimacy.

Family Therapy
$175 / 60 minutes

Families carry profound emotional and relational bonds, yet they can also bear patterns that perpetuate stress and disconnection. Working from a family systems approach, I collaborate with families to identify and overcome barriers to harmony, strengthen communication, and enhance coping skills. Together, we will uncover hidden resources, transform rigid patterns, and rediscover the joy of connection and shared resilience.

Individual Group Therapy
$50 / 60 minutes

Healing can take many forms, and individual group therapy offers diverse and creative modalities to deepen the therapeutic process:

  • Wilderness Therapy: In nature’s embrace, we reconnect with our fundamental sense of belonging, fostering mindfulness and insight while exploring healing in the outdoors.

  • Sound Therapy: Through the vibrational power of sound, we engage the body’s natural rhythms to ease stress, reduce anxiety, and promote inner harmony.

  • Filmmaking Therapy: Harnessing the creative art of storytelling, this therapeutic approach empowers individuals to process emotions, explore identity, and find connection through the lens of collaborative filmmaking.
